Bride & Groom Chair Signs

My close friend Laura is getting married this fall, and as a bridesmaid, I volunteered to create a few special projects for the wedding. Here's a preview of one of several exciting projects!

Picture

Laura asked me to make these chair signs, as she loved these phrases in place of the typical "Bride" and "Groom". I hand-lettered, drew, and painted wood slices, and attached suede cording to hang them. I think they turned out super charming, and will look great in the space where the wedding will take place, City View Loft. This test photo was taken at Lillstreet Loft, where they are also adorable.

I so enjoyed creating these, that I am planning on making more designs to list on Etsy. If you would like to order your own custom hand-painted bride and groom signs, please send me a message!

Being a groom is really challenging to me right now. I am so anxious with the things that are about to happen in my wedding. I feel like I need to go and hug my wife before anything happens. I will try to go and talk about why it is really scary it is, but this is not the place to do it. I do hope that you are stronger than me, because I am such a weak male right now.
